Yesterday I had the pleasure of shooting the first ever TEDxYouth@Brum event held at the Hippodrome. If you're unaware of what TEDx is it's a completely volunteer ran event based on the TED format. I've been lucky enough to be part of the TEDxBrum team since 2013 so I was super jazzed to be involved in this event that was aimed towards younger people in Birmingham before TEDxBrum takes place this Sunday (If you wanna come and you should because it's amazing check out the bottom of this post.)

A few months ago I was commissioned by Immy Kaur, series director at Catalyst to take some photos to use in their new branding. Catalyst is an interfaith programme for Birmingham based people aged between 20-30.

The brief was to grab some vibrant colourful shots of the Catalyst community shot around and about in Birmingham city centre.

After grabbing the shots they were passed on to the excellent Birmingham based graphic designer Claire Hartley who worked her magic and turned them into the final product you can see below.
